20 Days, $1,361, Zero Booked Calls

Account review for DoctorFit Coaching. Windows: last 7 days (4 to 10 Oct), last 30 days (11 Sep to 11 Oct) and lifetime of the current campaigns (since 13 Aug 2026). Judged on booked calls, not on clicks or opt-ins. Pulled 11 Oct 2026.

Not booking calls

The one-line answer

The ads have not booked a single call since 21 September. Since then $1,361 has gone out for 7 opt-ins and 0 booked calls. Over the last 30 days the account spent $2,484 for 3 booked calls at $828 each, against a target of $80 to $170. Tracking is not the main problem: the booking event fires and Meta does credit it. The problem is what has been running. The only ad that booked calls near target (the PAIN 3-image ad, $220 a call) was switched off on 17 September. The VSL video ads that replaced it have spent $613 for 1 opt-in and 0 calls, at up to $260 per 1,000 views. And the campaign relaunched today is aimed at a "Lead" event the website has not sent once in 30 days, so Meta has nothing to aim at.

CTR counts every click on the ad. Link CTR counts only clicks through to the website. The lifetime row also includes the August instant-form campaign, which collected 23 form leads for $669 and booked no calls that Meta could see.

Where it fell off

Booked calls came in the two weeks after the 9 and 17 September launches, while the PAIN image ad was running. Once it was switched off and the spend moved to new image angles and then to video, bookings stopped. At the same time the cost to show the ads went up: about $79 per 1,000 views in early September, $145 or more since late September.

The funnel drop-off

Last 30 days, step by step. The clicks are fine. The big drops are page view to opt-in (fewer than 1 in 11 page visitors sign up) and the simple fact that only 15 people opted in all month. At that volume 3 calls is about what you would expect.

The funnel, walked step by step

Every live ad points to one page, doctorfitcoaching.com/start. I loaded each step on a phone-sized screen, opened the sign-up pop-up and read the tracking code. I did not submit the form or book a slot, so no test leads went into the CRM.

Step 1 · Landing page
doctorfitcoaching.com/start
LEAKY
8.9% opt in
1Headline: "For the Physicians Who's Spent Years Helping Everyone Except Themselves". Clear physician focus, founders named, 4-phase system.
2"Watch the training" opens a pop-up: first name, last name, email, and "Are you a physician or healthcare professional?". Button: "Send Me the Training".
3Opt-in sends the SubmitApplication event to Meta, with the email attached every time.
Leak: no physician results on this page, only a "Trusted by 100+" photo strip. The 20+ physician testimonials sit on the thank-you page, which people see only after booking. The page promises "less than 15 minutes" but the video is 19 minutes 52. Headline typo: "Who's" should be "Who've".
Ruled out: page loads fast (under 0.1s server time) and fits a phone screen with no sideways scroll. The pop-up asks for no phone number. Old Funnels.com testimonials and a sobriety stats block are in the page code, but they are hidden and do not show to visitors.
Step 2 · Training + calendar
doctorfitcoaching.com/bookcall
MINOR
20% book
1"Free Video Reveals The #1 Reason High-Performing Physicians Can't Lose Weight". The 20-minute longform VSL plays on the page.
2Under it: "Book Your Free Metabolic Recovery Consult" with the calendar embedded (60-minute slots, time zone picker).
3Booking redirects to the thank-you page.
Leak: the text says "the next step is a short application", but the next thing on the page is a calendar. It also calls it a "15-minute video" twice. Small mismatches like this cost trust with a doctor audience.
Ruled out: the calendar renders on mobile, and 20% of opt-ins go on to book, which is a healthy rate for a free consult.
Step 3 · Booked page
doctorfitcoaching.com/thankyou
TRACKS
Schedule fires
1"Booked! Your Metabolic Recovery Consult is confirmed", prep checklist, then 20+ physician video testimonials.
2The page fires the Schedule event to Meta pixel 265803686152477, and a server copy is also sent.
3Meta received 7 bookings in 30 days (15, 17, 18, 21, 22 Sep, 7 and 11 Oct). It credited 3 of them to ads.
Weak spot: each booking reaches Meta twice (browser and server), and the browser copy has no event ID and no email. Only 1 of the 14 sends carried an email, so Meta can match few bookings back to the ad that drove them. The event also fires on any reload of /thankyou or /thankyou-page.
Ruled out: the "0 Schedule events" seen in the 4 Oct sweep is not a broken pixel here. Meta now reports Schedule in its "conversions" field, not the usual "actions" field, so tools that read only "actions" show 0. The booked calls are real and are credited.

Top 5 things to do now

Re-aim today's campaign at an event the website actually sends

Both live ad sets are set to find "Lead" conversions. The website has sent 0 Lead events in the last 30 days. It sends SubmitApplication when someone opts in and Schedule when they book. With nothing to learn from, Meta buys the cheapest clicks it can find, which is why today looks cheap ($65 per 1,000 views) but is not finding doctors who book. Switch the goal to SubmitApplication (15 in 30 days, the most signal you have), turn off the duplicate "Leads" ad set and the empty "DCO" ad set, and judge everything on booked calls.

Effort LowImpact HighestStops $100/day of blind spend

Bring back the PAIN image ad and give it most of the budget

PAIN is the only ad that has booked calls close to target: 2 calls on $441, or $220 each. It was switched off on 17 September and the account has booked 1 call from ads since. Relaunch it as a fresh ad at about $50 a day, with WL PROOF (9 opt-ins, the best opt-in volume) alongside at $25 to $33. Give them 7 days before judging.

Effort LowImpact HighAt $220 a call: 2 to 3 calls a week

Stop the VSL video ads that are not converting

The three VSL videos have spent $613 since 30 September for 1 opt-in and 0 booked calls. They cost $158 to $260 per 1,000 views, about 1.5 to 2.5 times the image ads. B Clinical Term ($260) and A Hypocrite (1 link click in 7 days) should go. If you want to keep testing video, keep only C Tried Everything, capped at $20 a day, and cut it if it has no booked call by $340 spent.

Effort LowImpact HighFrees about $50/day

Put physician proof on the landing page and fix the promises

Fewer than 1 in 11 page visitors opt in. The page has no doctor results on it. The 20+ physician testimonials only appear after someone has booked. Move 3 of them (as short quotes) above the first button and next to the calendar. Also fix the details a doctor will notice: the page says "less than 15 minutes" and "15-minute video" but the video runs 19 minutes 52, the booking page says "short application" but shows a calendar, and the headline has "Who's" instead of "Who've".

Effort MediumImpact High8.9% to 15% opt-in = about 70% more sign-ups

Send the booking event with the doctor's details, and clean out the rejects

Meta received 7 bookings in 30 days but could tie only 3 to an ad. Each booking is sent twice, the browser copy carries no event ID and no email, and only 1 of 14 sends had an email attached. Fire Schedule from the calendar booking itself with email, phone and one shared event ID, and remove the bare snippet on /thankyou and /thankyou-page so reloads do not count. Then delete the 2 disapproved ads so the account stops showing "Rejected".
