Ranked by how much booked-call money each one recovers. Based on the 11 Oct 2026 account review: $2,484 spent in 30 days for 3 booked calls ($828 each, target $80 to $170), and no booked call from ads since 21 Sep.
What is wrong: the campaign relaunched today (VSL Video Ads Copy) has two live ad sets told to find "Lead" conversions. The website sent 0 Lead events in the last 30 days. It sends SubmitApplication on opt-in and Schedule on booking. Meta has nothing to learn from, so it buys the cheapest clicks. A third ad set (DCO) is active with no ads in it, and the two live ad sets run the same 3 videos against each other.
The fix: change the conversion goal to SubmitApplication (15 in 30 days, email attached every time). Keep one ad set. Turn off the duplicate "Leads" ad set and the empty "DCO" ad set. Judge every ad on booked calls, not on clicks.
Expected impact: stops about $100 a day going to people who click but never opt in. Meta starts finding doctors who sign up, which is the step right before a booking.
What is wrong: the PAIN 3-image ad is the only ad that has booked calls near target: 2 calls on $441, or $220 each. It was switched off on 17 Sep. Since then ads have booked 1 call.
The fix: relaunch PAIN as a fresh ad at about $50 a day. Run WL PROOF beside it at $25 to $33 a day (9 opt-ins, the best opt-in volume in the account). Leave both alone for 7 days.
Expected impact: if PAIN repeats its $220 a call, about $75 a day buys 2 to 3 booked calls a week, against 0 in the last 3 weeks.
What is wrong: the three VSL videos have spent $613 since 30 Sep for 1 opt-in and 0 booked calls. They cost $158 to $260 per 1,000 views, about 1.5 to 2.5 times the image ads. A Hypocrite got 1 link click in the last 7 days.
The fix: pause B Clinical Term and A Hypocrite. If you want a video test, keep only C Tried Everything at $20 a day, and cut it if it has no booked call by $340 spent (2 times the top of the target).
Expected impact: frees about $50 a day for the ads that have booked calls before.
What is wrong: fewer than 1 in 11 visitors to doctorfitcoaching.com/start opt in (8.9%). There are no doctor results on the page. The 20+ physician testimonials only show on the thank-you page, after someone has booked. The page promises "less than 15 minutes" and a "15-minute video", but the video runs 19 minutes 52. The booking page says "short application" but shows a calendar. The headline says "Who's" instead of "Who've".
The fix: move 3 physician testimonials (short quotes, specialty and name) above the first "Watch the training" button and next to the calendar. Change "15 minutes" to "20 minutes", fix the "short application" line, and fix the typo.
Expected impact: lifting opt-in from 8.9% to 15% means about 70% more sign-ups for the same spend. At the current 20% booking rate, that turns 3 calls a month into about 5.
What is wrong: Meta received 7 bookings in 30 days but tied only 3 to an ad. Each booking is sent twice (browser and server). The browser copy has no event ID and no email, and only 1 of 14 sends carried an email. The event also fires on any reload of /thankyou or /thankyou-page. Two old ads are still disapproved (VSL v1 DCO and AD4 Energy, both "Health and Wellness").
The fix: fire Schedule from the calendar booking itself with email, phone and one shared event ID for the browser and server copies. Remove the bare snippet from the two thank-you pages. Delete the 2 disapproved ads.
Expected impact: more bookings credited to the ad that drove them, so Meta learns which ads book calls. The account stops showing "Rejected" in Ads Manager.
